For this homeowner in La Présentation, the goal was clear: to create a raised concrete terrace with a railing that wouldn’t block any view of the carefully landscaped garden behind it. The complete transparency of the tempered glass was non-negotiable—every corner of the property, including the pool and the wooded relaxation area, had to remain fully visible from the terrace.
